📣 Fall Athletic Events – Important Information for Spectators

Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students,
We are excited to kick off the Fall athletic season! To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for everyone, please review the following guidelines before attending games:

đź§ľ Ticketing Information (Cashless Only)

  • NO CASH accepted at the gate
  • Tickets must be purchased:
    • Online in advance
    • Or at the gate using a credit/debit card or Apple Pay
  • 🎟 Ticket sales end after halftime
  • 📎 Digital Ticketing Flyer

🏫 Entry Requirements

  • All WHS students must present a school-issued photo ID to enter
    • Students without ID will not be admitted
  • WHS students and opposing team’s high school students do NOT need an adult chaperone
  • All other school-age children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult

âś… Behavior Expectations

  • Show good sportsmanship and respect for:
    • Student-athletes
    • Officials
    • Coaches
    • Opponents
    • Staff
    • All spectators
  • Disruptive behavior, inappropriate language, or throwing objects will result in:
    • Immediate removal from the game
    • Restrictions from future events
  • Congregating at the snack stand is not allowed
    • Students must remain seated unless purchasing snacks or using the restroom

đźš« Prohibited Items & Conduct

  • ❌ Backpacks or bags
  • ❌ Outside food or drink (Concessions available inside the stadium)
  • ❌ Balls of any kind (football, baseball, etc.)
  • ❌ Baby powder, silly string, or sprayable substances
  • ❌ Smoking or vaping (Includes all tobacco/nicotine/e-cigarette products – per Board Policy 7434, N.J.S.A. 26:3D-58, N.J.A.C. 8:6-7.2)
  • ❌ No re-entry once you leave the stadium

📌 Additional Notes

  • Students must remain in designated areas
  • Ball playing is not permitted
  • All spectators must follow the Tri-County Conference Spectator Code of Conduct
  • Students are expected to adhere to the Student Code of Conduct
  • Attendance at extracurricular events is a privilege, not a right
