Enter the Theater Lot

Private vehicles should follow the designated Theater Lot route shown on the campus map.

Use the Curbside Zone

Students should be dropped off curbside only in the designated area and may enter through the Theater entrances.

Follow Staff Direction

At dismissal, students and vehicles will be directed to the designated pick-up area by WHS staff.

Arrival & Dismissal Procedures

With buses, student drivers, family vehicles, and pedestrians moving through campus at the same time, consistent use of the established traffic pattern is important for student safety.

  • Follow the established WHS traffic pattern and directions provided by staff.
  • Students transported by private vehicle should be dropped off and picked up only in the designated Theater Lot area.
  • Do not stop or drop students off in undesignated areas, even when another location appears more convenient.
  • Drive slowly and remain alert for students, pedestrians, buses, and other vehicles.
  • Please allow a few additional minutes during peak arrival and dismissal times.

District Transportation

When district transportation is available, families are encouraged to have students use district busing. Reducing private vehicle traffic helps support a safer and more efficient arrival and dismissal.

Thank You for Helping Keep WHS Safe

We appreciate everyone's patience and cooperation. Following the established traffic pattern helps buses, family vehicles, student drivers, and pedestrians move through campus as safely and efficiently as possible.
