SENIOR PORTRAITS

We are excited to introduce our school photographer, CADY, for the 2024-25 school year! CADY has lots of exciting portrait sessions and packages to offer our senior students and they will ensure your photo gets included in the senior section of the yearbook. At the end of your junior year, please schedule your portraits to be sure they will be submitted on time. CADY will be visiting WHS to capture your senior pictures in June, July and September, or you will have sitting opportunities at their brand new studio!

Please take a look at what they have to offer at CADY where you will also be able to schedule your appointment beginning May 1st, 2024. If you would like to choose one of their amazing in-studio sessions, you can also schedule your date and time there, or you can choose one of the dates below to be photographed at WHS.

If you decide to use another photographer for your portraits, your photographer should email the picture directly to Mrs. Nancy Peacock at npeacock@monroetwp.k12.nj.us by the date listed below and you should make sure to receive a confirmation from them that it has been correctly submitted. Please make sure your photographer can provide you with the correct background and please follow the directions below.

THE LAST DAY TO TURN IN SENIOR PORTRAITS:

* 10/30/2024 *

The senior section of the yearbook is the first to be submitted to Jostens for printing and therefore, this is the absolute last date we can take photos in order to make that deadline. Please be sure to adhere to this date.

In the interest of uniformity and quality, all senior portraits that will appear in the yearbook must meet the following specifications:

  • The required yearbook pose is a color studio vertical head and shoulder shot. Because the book is printed in color, the backgrounds must match. Please see image to left.
  • Attire is a black tuxedo with black bow tie and white button dress shirt (left) or the black drape (right). A pose with hats, props, extreme close ups or one showing unusual or different attire or different background is not acceptable as a formal yearbook portrait. Please see images to the left.

THESE SPECIFICATIONS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. ANY PORTRAIT SUBMITTED NOT FOLLOWING THESE SPECIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE YEARBOOK. The portrait/digital file can be any standard vertical format size (2x3, 4x5, 5x7, 8x10). Digital photo must be high resolution (300 dpi or higher). Photos should be submitted in .jpg format.

Please email to Mrs. Peacock npeacock@monroetwp.k12.nj.us or send a CD/USB drive with the digital file and leave in my mailbox in the main office.
