Senior Portraits

A collage of senior portraits showcasing diverse individuals, including a young man in a tuxedo, a woman in a denim jacket, a young man with colorful lighting, and a woman playing the violin in a natural setting. The text reads 'Book Your Senior Portraits' and 'The Premier School Photography Company.'

We are excited to present our school photographer, CADY, for the 2025-26 school year! CADY has lots of exciting portrait sessions and packages to offer our senior students
and they will ensure your photo gets included in the senior section of the yearbook. At the end of your junior year, please schedule your portraits to be sure they will be submitted
on time. CADY will be visiting WHS to capture your senior pictures in June, July and September, or you will have sitting opportunities at their brand new studio!

Please take a look at what they have to offer at CADY where you will also be able to schedule your appointment beginning May 1st, 2025

  • Your first option is a FREE session at WHS. You can choose the “Yearbook Only Session” where they will take the formal yearbook photo and you in the cap and gown. If you choose this option, you will also have the chance to buy prints if you’d like.
  • The second and third options are also at WHS and called the “Traditional Packages”. These give you a few more scene and outfit options.
  • Your third option is to schedule a session at the CADY Studio where you have the options for many different scenes, hair and makeup, outdoor options and more. You can choose any date you’d like for this option.

THE LAST DAY TO TURN IN SENIOR PORTRAITS:

* 10/30/2025 *

The senior section of the yearbook is the first to be submitted to Jostens for printing and therefore, this is the absolute last date we can take photos in order to make that deadline. Please be sure to adhere to this date.

In the interest of uniformity and quality, all senior portraits that will appear in the yearbook must meet the following specifications:

  • The required yearbook pose is a color studio vertical head and shoulder shot. Because the book is printed in color, the backgrounds must match. Please see images above.
  • Attire is a black tuxedo with black bow tie and white button dress shirt (left) or the black drape (right). A pose with hats, props, extreme close ups or one showing unusual or different attire or different background is not acceptable as a formal yearbook portrait. Please see images to the left. Holding a red or white rose or wearing one as a boutonniere is acceptable.

THESE SPECIFICATIONS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. ANY PORTRAIT SUBMITTED NOT FOLLOWING THESE SPECIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE YEARBOOK. The portrait/digital file can be any standard vertical format size (2x3, 4x5, 5x7, 8x10). Digital photo must be high resolution (300 dpi or higher). Photos should be submitted in .jpg format.

Please email to Mrs. Peacock npeacock@monroetwp.k12.nj.us
