Last Day to Pay & Submit Permission Slip: Tuesday, February 10th NO EXCEPTIONS
📍 EVENT DETAILS
Location: The Forum: 109 N. Black Horse Pike Blackwood, NJ 08012 6:00PM-:9:30PM Students must bring School ID for entrance to dance!

Cost: $65 per person Purchase Dates: Monday, February 2 – Tuesday, February 10th
How Do I Purchase a Ticket?
Students must pay online through BOUND
The payment link will be available at the end of the Student Information Google Form that must be completed by all students who are attending the Semi Formal
Look for an email titled “Semi Formal”
Students must use their Monroe email to access BOUND
Payment must both be completed by Monday, February 9
⚠️ If you did not receive the email, contact your grade-level Assistant Principal.
⚠️A requirement is that a Semi Eligibility Form also on BOUND (found in Student Email) had to be filled out in addition to the payment.
⏰ DEADLINE
Monday, February 9th — NO EXCEPTIONS, Late payments or forms will not be accepted.
Outside Guest Forms due Friday 2/6
Are Outside Guests allowed?
🧾 Guest Policy for WHS Event: Outside guests must be currently enrolled in high school.
Outside guests must bring a photo ID. A paper Guest Permission Form is required. The WHS student who is bringing the guest must purchase the guest ticket from the through BOUND on their Monroe email.
📄 Guest Permission Forms: Located outside Mr. Brooke’s room (A110). Completed forms should be turned in to Mr. Brooke (A110).
📅 Due Date: Friday, February 6th Payment Info: No physical payments accepted. The WHS student bringing the guest must pay through the portal on BOUND. No late outside guest forms will be accepted

WHAT IS THE GRADE ELIGIBILITY/DISCIPLINE REQUIREMENT?
All attendees must be academically/behaviorally eligible to attend. Eligibility is based on second marking period grades/behavior.
STUDENTS ARE INELIGIBLE if:
- Exceed 100 disciplinary points
- Must not be failing 2 or more classes for S1/MP2.
- Have 13+ unexcused absences (reminder 4 unexcused tardies =1 unexcused absence)
- Have any outstanding fines/obligations.

Arrival & Dismissal Policy:
All students must arrive no later than 7:15 PM. All students must remain until at least 8:30 PM
🆔 CHECK-IN & ID

All WHS students will be scanning into the dance, so they MUST have their WHS Student ID with them.
Any student that is an outside guest must have their student ID from their school.
There are NO physical tickets
Once payment and eligibility are verified, students will be placed on the attendance list.
👗 DRESS CODE
Proper attire is required. Think dressy casual:
Acceptable: Khakis, dress pants, collared/polo shirts, dresses, rompers, pantsuits, ties (optional), sneakers, dress shoes, sandals, flats, heels
Unacceptable: Jeans, pajamas, sweatpants, hoodies, t-shirts, crop tops, jean/mesh/cargo shorts, backpacks
⚠️ Administration reserves the right to deny entry for inappropriate attire.

Dinner, DJ & dancing, Photobooth, Memories with friends ✨
🚫 REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be given for this dance.
🏫 SCHOOL ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT
All attendees must be present for the full school day on Friday, February 20th
If you leave school early, you may NOT attend the dance
📚 ELIGIBILITY & DISCIPLINE REQUIREMENTS
Eligibility is based on second marking period grades and behavior.
A student is INELIGIBLE if they:
Have 10 or more days of CARES or out-of-school suspension
Have more than 100 disciplinary points
Have failed more than one class during the second marking period
⚠️ Please check eligibility BEFORE submitting payment Payments will not be refunded if a student is later found ineligible.
BREATHALYZER & SAFETY POLICY
All students are subject to breathalyzer screening.
👜 LOST ITEMS
Student Council, Class of 2028, and The Forum assume no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
Leave valuables at home.
EXPECTATIONS OF BEHAVIOR
All WHS rules and policies apply. As an attendee, you represent Williamstown High School and are expected to behave accordingly at all times.
