WHS Welcomes Our Newest Braves! 🎓💙
Williamstown High School welcomed new students and families today for New Student Orientation, including members of the Class of 2030 and students joining WHS in other grade levels this year.
The morning began in the theater, where Mr. Kelly welcomed students and families and shared what they could expect throughout the day. Members of the Class of 2030 were also introduced to their class advisors, Mr. Amandeo and Ms. Troncone.
From there, National Honor Society members helped guide students to their homerooms before they worked through a modified version of their schedules. This practice run gave students a chance to locate classrooms, learn important homeroom procedures, become familiar with the building, and get a feel for the WHS school day before the year officially begins.
While students explored the building, parents and guardians remained in the theater for an informational session covering important topics and policies for the upcoming school year.
The morning wrapped up with a pizza social in the cafeteria, giving students an opportunity to meet one another, make new connections, and ease some of those first-day jitters.

Thank you to everyone who joined us today and helped welcome our newest students. We are proud of our new Braves and look forward to seeing them begin this next chapter at Williamstown High School!
